JOB: J2EE - SSE position with US origin Product development MNC in Chennai.

We are looking for highly skilled J2ee professionals with good coding and designing exp. Candidates must have product development experience or web application development experience.

Though its a senior position one should be ready to be a individual contributor.
Responsibility includes 20% team management & 80% coding and development.

CTC will be no bar for right candidate.

Detail JD:

Location: Chennai, India

Responsibilities:

• At least 6-8 years experience in application/product development using a broad range of programming technologies including:

-          Java/J2EE

-          Struts, JSP, EJB,Webservices (primary skills)

-      Minimum 1 project on (Linux/Unix/ Solaris) platform (primary skills)

-          scripting languages (Perl, Python) (preferred skills)

• Strong in Internet technologies (HTML, HTTP, TCP/IP, SOAP, XML, etc) (preferred skills)
• Experience in C++/ .NET added plus
• Experience using other common open source tools (CVS, SVN, Bugzilla, etc.)

Additional Requirements:

• Should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering or MCA
• Minimum 6+ years of development experience in building enterprise grade applications/product
• Should be a self starter and independent
• Good communication skills including verbal and written skills (specifications, design, etc.)
• Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
• Be able to articulate implementation at all levels
• Must be able to evaluate alternative solutions
• Applicants with wide variety of technical experience are good candidates for this position
