Position: Senior Biztalk Developer / Lead Biztalk Developer
Exp : 5 - 8 yrs and 8 - 10 yrs (for Lead)
Qualifications: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MS / MCA / MSc in IT or Computer Science
Salary: Not a constraint for right candidate.

Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in .net based technologies
- At least one year experience leading development teams in the deployment of large scale .NET applications.(for the Lead role)
- At least 2 years of experience implementing Biztalk based solutions.
- Extensive hands on experience in developing enterprise integration, Integration bus & SOA solutions using Biztalk based technologies while integrating with other enterprise applications.
- Experience with implementing various artifacts such as orchestrations, transformations, maps with Biztalk Server
- Experience with troubleshooting Biztalk issues – using HAT & other system tools to ensure stability of the environment
- Broad knowledge of solution architecture options including design options, patterns and practices, and available platform products such as MOSS and SQL Server.
- Ability to design and implement highly available and scalable solutions.
- Understanding of SDLC concepts and various modern methodologies, such as RUP, UML, Agile and CMMI.
- Experience with at least one of Enterprise Library, Web Service Factory, Smart Client Factory or Web Client Software Factory
- Experience with Team Foundation Server a huge plus.
- Speak and write English clearly and professionally with excellent customer and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills useful in managing & driving technical teams towards results.
- Bachelors in Computer Science preferred
- MCSD.net/MCPD (EAD) certification is a plus
- Contributing author to RFC/Proposals
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Application Infrastructure offering with deep expertise in one or more products.
- Continue to demonstrate a willingness to learn - participate in user groups, register for web casts
- Demonstrated ability to conduct architecture/framework reviews
- Understand and apply project methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, RUP and MSF
