Key responsibilities of this position holder would include:

• Participates in full product development life cycle of small to medium complexity feature or functionality

• Works with multiple teams to solve customer issues and problem

• Production support for technical issues  

• Helping out RM/Ops during any technical issues with QA environments.  

• Develop software modules as per the specifications  

• Maintain existing software modules (enhancements, bug fixes etc.)  

• Performs analysis for the acquisition, installation, modification and support of operating systems,databases, utilities and internet-related tools  

• Implement code for diagnostics and performance monitoring  

• Providing technical guidance for other junior team members such as Software Engineers/ Trainees  

• Actively participate in the interviewing process for new hires  

• Need to work with members in India and/or US

Required Skills:

• Thorough understanding of software architectures and development methodologies  

• Ability to work independently/in a team coupled with Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution skills  

• Excellent interpersonal skills  

• Ability to proactively work with the QA team  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

• Excellent knowledge of Java based technologies specifically J2EE, JSF and webservices.  

• Prior experience of working on app servers like WebLogic, JBOSS.  

• Prior experience of Oracle DB.  

• Educational Qualification -MCA, BE, B.Tech/BS

Strong skills in C#, Asp.net MVC, CSS, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, SQL Server, Web Services,   emphasis on server-side Javascript.
