1)Specialist:

Educational Qualification:

Post Graduate (preferably in English literature / Mass Communication / Journalism / MBA).

Experience:

•        8 yrs. experience in the skills like:
• ·         Instructional Design and content development
• ·         should have been a part of team that builds eLearning solutions
• ·         defines ID strategies for online courseware
• ·         provides estimations and aids project setups in terms of guidelines
• ·         specifications
• ·         standards

3 years should be in the role of a functional head/team leader.

 Responsible for:

• ·        Solution building
• ·         working on proposals
• ·         providing estimations
• ·         critical project setups and setup reviews
• ·         innovations in ID strategies
• ·         Mentoring.

2)Team Leader:

Educational Qualification:

Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream (English language, education & media related backgrounds are likely to do well, but as long as the candidate has language proficiency and ability to visualize, educational background is not a constraint.)

Experience:

 6+ years in eLearning, of which at least 1 year should have been in managing a team of Instructional Writers.

Responsible for:

• ·         Managing project requirements related to ID
• ·         project setup
• ·         project delivery
• ·         project quality and execution
• ·         project coordination
• ·         scheduling
• ·         tracking and documentation like specifications
• ·         guidelines and checklists
• ·         managing a team
• ·         Vendor coordination. 

3)Sr. Instructional Writer:

Educational Qualification:

Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream (English language, education & media related backgrounds are likely to do well, but as long as the candidate has language proficiency and ability to visualize, educational background is not a constraint.)

Experience:

• ·         2 to 4 yrs. eLearning experience in storyboarding for online courseware
• ·         Should have knowledge of basic ID concepts.

Responsible for:

• ·         Storyboarding
• ·         reviewing deliverables
• ·         ensuring quality
• ·         assisting in project set-ups
• ·         managing small projects single headedly

 

4)Instructional Writer: 6 positions

Educational Qualification:

Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream (English language, education & media related backgrounds are likely to do well, but as long as the candidate has language proficiency and ability to visualize, educational background is not a constraint.)

Experience:

• ·         6 months to 2 yrs of eLearning experience.

Responsible for:

• ·         Storyboarding.
