Educational Qualification: BE/ Diploma or MCA or Any Graduate with strong programming background in Adobe Flash and other Adobe technologies. Should possess good quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning skills.
Years of experience: 4 to 6 years overall experience with at least 2-3 years of development experience in Adobe Flash [AS2.0 and above], knowledge of adobe technologies. Knowledge of web technologies and .net/Java programming and databases preferred.
Responsible for: Managing project requirements related to Flash architecture and programming, project setup, project delivery, project quality and execution, project coordination, scheduling, tracking and project documentation like specifications, guidelines and checklists, managing a team, vendor coordination.
